This year to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the world-renowned Norwegian artist there is an exhibition of 150 pieces of Munch’s work in Zurich entitled “Edvard Munch 150 Master Prints”. The exhibits are on loan from an anonymous private collector and show work such as Munch’s first drypoint in 1894 all the way through to his final lithograph just before he died in 1944.

The exhibition includes his most famous work: “The Scream”, “Fear”, “Melancholy” as well as “Vampire”, “Madonna”, “Girl on the Bridge” as well as many self-portraits.

The Kunsthaus is open Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday from 10 am to 6 pm and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm and is closed on Monday.
