Skiing in Zurich – Top Tips

As soon a you get the first snow fall in Zurich, all of a sudden everyone’s thoughts turn to the mountains and more specifically to skiing and snowboarding! So have you got your kit ready? Is your car snow worthy?  And are you ready to embark on an alpine adventure?

At the beginning of the season many of the resorts start with a “soft opening” (keep an eye out for discounted tickets!) and often not all the slopes are open at this point. However, when the conditions are great and there’s fresh snow and sunshine – who can resist a day on the pistes?
