  1. Andreas Kyriacou says:

May I suggest a particular movie? The Unbelievers.

The film follows renowned scientists and best-selling authors Richard Dawkins and Lawrence Krauss across the globe as they speak publicly about the importance of science and reason in the modern world – encouraging others to cast off antiquated religious and politically motivated approaches toward important current issues. Blasphemous to some, heroic to others – the weight of their message is impossible to ignore. The film also includes appearances by famed authors, performers, directors, and scientists: Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Stephen Hawking, Woody Allen, Sarah Silverman, Ricky Gervais und James Randi.

On at Cinema Riffraff> at noon on Dec 26th, Dec 29th, Jan 2nd and Jan 5th.

One of the first screenings in Europe, not to be missed.
