Soy de Cuba Musical and Dance Show in Zurich on 28th April only
if you want to be transported to Cuba with the music and dancing of this fantastic show which has been touring key cities in Europe since 2015, you had better be quick as tickets are selling fast. For more information please see here.
Fashion Revolution Day 29th April
come along to Photobastei at Sihlquai 125, 8005 Zurich for an inspiring day all about fashion and sustainability. There’s a packed agenda and plenty to see and do. It starts at 1pm and continues till midnight! More information here.
The Open Wine Days for the Swiss German Vineyards 29th April – 1st May
how well do you know the local wines of the region? The Open Wine Days from 29th April – 1st May offer you a unique opportunity to visit the vineyards not only in and around Zurich, but in the whole region of German-speaking Switzerland. Béjart Ballet Lausanne in Zurich 4th – 7th May

a great photo exhibition of Switzerland as seen by foreigners. 5 international photographers use the medium of photography to portray the country as they saw it when they visited. Find out more here.

Children First Global Book Fair 20th May
don’t miss a morning of reading, storytelling and great food at the Children First Global Book Fair at Freiestrasse 175, 8032 Zurich from 10am through 2pm! Over 1000 books for sale in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and more. International schools, clubs, children’s booksellers in Zurich, and individuals are all invited to sign up for a table to sell books at our book fair. Proceeds from donated books will go to charity. Visit Carona Off the Beaten Track in Ticino
if you’re looking for an escape for the city and want to go somewhere off the beaten track in Switzerland how about a trip to Carona in Ticino, a small village not too far from Lugano. Take a look at this hidden gem here.
Osiris – Exhibition about the Sunken Treasures of Egypt
Clive Greaves went to visit the beautiful Museum Rietberg and see the Osiris exhibition there and he was very impressed. The exhibition continues until 16th July. Find out all about it here.
