Photo 18 Fashion Showcase 14th August – 9th September
why not nip over to the Glattzentrum shopping centre and take a look at the photo fashion exhibition by leading Swiss fashion photographers which is free to view. In addition they will also be running live photo shoots which so the public can really see how fashion photos are taken. Find out more here.
Zurich Theater Spektakel 17th August – 3rd Sept
fan of contemporary art? Forget about Shakespeare for a day and witness over 40 new theatre productions at the Zurich Theater Spektakel. The festival takes place from the 17th August to 3rd September 2017 at Landiwiese. More information here.
Badenfahrt 2017 18th – 27th Aug Every 10 Years!!!
every 10 years the “Badenfahrt” Festival (below) takes place in the city of Baden. It’s the largest municipal folk festival and offers a wide range of cultural activities. It attracts visitors from all over Switzerland and a million people are expected to attend. If you miss it this year you will have to wait another 10 years till the next time!
