There will be a limited number of members in the club and after paying a comparably small fee, you receive the dining card giving you a discount of 29% on each meal at any of the hand-picked restaurants. The discount covers not only the food but the beverages too and each card is valid for two people for one year.

Search the website to find a restaurant where you would like to dine.
Make a reservation either via the website or by phone before visiting.
