  1. Irmgard says:

    Sunday April 15
a healing practice for your lower back.

    workshop series.
    1 session CHF 70
    3 sessions CHF 190

We release the tension and unwind the tightness in our whole back. The practice with the Flying Yoga Tissue offers many good ways to address deeper muscle constraints and release your back from holding patterns. We begin to open and relax the tissue and unlock each part of our spine.

Leave feeling relaxed, resilient, strong and open.
