New Look Hublot Boutique in Bahnhofstrasse Zurich
The Hublot boutique in Zurich has just reopened with a fresh new look using Hublot’s new architectural theme called the “Art Of Fusion”. We went along to the opening to take a look and also to see the latest collection of watches which had been first shown to the public at the SIHH Geneva event.
Updating of Hublot’s Boutiques Worldwide
Hublot first opened in on Bahnhofstrasse in 2014 and following the refurbishment now offers its customers a brighter, more spacious and modern feel. Hublot have been updating their boutiques all round the world and following the refurbishment of Hublot’s boutiques on 5th Avenue in NYC, at the Parisian Place Vendôme and in Bond Street in London and the Rue du Rhône in Geneva, it was now time for the Zurich boutique to reflect the new urban design.
The new design focuses on a fusion of different materials – mirrors, glass, marble and metal, which aims to reflect the vibrant energy of this cosmopolitan city. I really liked the large pop art paintings, inspired by legendary models of watches.
From 2007 Until The Present Day
Hublot’s first boutique opened its doors in 2007 on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris and the brand has continued to evolve ever since. Today, there are 94 Hublot boutiques in the largest capitals of the world.
From Nyon Switzerland
Based in Nyon, Hublot employs 650 people worldwide. They still manufacture their own movements and they have a specialised high-tech foundry for metalworking and creating their materials. True to its motto: “Be the first, be unique, and different”, Hublot continues to bring out world premieres and patented innovations.
