Many of you have been asking us about great Spa Hotels in Switzerland, so ahead of giving your our full list, which we are still working on, here are three amazing ones which you will really want to try out. Each one had fabulous facilities, wonderful staff who make you really feel comfortable and at home and a great list of treatments.
We begin with one in Zurich:
The Dolder Grand Spa, Zurich
We’ve been here a number of times, most recently to have a Dr Pauline Buergener facial and the list of treatments continues to expand year on year. The facilities are second to none and there is so much space. You can easily spend a whole day here. There are both European and Japanese influences in the main bathing area. As well as a room to chill out in, there is actually a cold room as well as a sunaburo, one of those beds filled with warm pebbles, a steam room and a foot bath. The outdoor jacuzzi on the hotel’s spa offers fabulous views of Zurich and the ambiance is perfect.
Whatever time of year you come, a day (or even better a stay), at the Spa at the Dolder Grand is certainly one worth looking forward to.

Victoria Jungfrau Hotel Interlaken
An elegant, classic hotel, with beautiful spa facilities and the most friendly and helpful spa staff. The treatments are superb and you really feel that you’re being looked after like a star. I went for the Nescens Better Aging Treatment and spent 3 days staying at the hotel. At the end of the time, I really felt rejuvenated and embraced life with a real spring in my step. As well as fabulous spa treatments they also incorporate outdoor activity into their wellness program and if you are lucky enough to be staying at the hotel, opt for one of the Spa rooms which are modern and spacious – and wonderfully close to the treatment area and spa facilities.

La Réserve, Geneva
With beautiful interiors and a very tranquil and peaceful vibe, La Réserve offers an extensive range of treatments. As well as an indoor pool, hammam and sauna there is a gym too. The spa also uses the Nescens anti-aging treatments so you can experience lipomassage, cell regeneration, as well as facial tissue regeneration. There’s also an outdoor decking area and plenty of space to just relax and enjoy.
After your treatment you can simply chill in the beautiful surroundings of the peaceful lounge and enjoy the peace whilst helping yourself to herbal tea and fruit and nuts.
