Foundations For Learning has a rock solid reputation for offering support to students in a variety of academic subjects, but most particularly for exam preparation, developing writing skills and for mathematics and the sciences. Founded by Sylvia Leck in 2009 it is a non-profit foundation helping both students and families in the Zurich and Basel area.

Experienced Education Professionals Sought
Foundations for Learning are currently looking for teachers to expand the team. Experience of one or more of the following programs is essential:
– IB Program
– IGCSE
– A Levels
– IB Program
– IGCSE
– A Levels
– APs
– SAT and ACT preparation
Please note that teachers are employed on an “as needed basis” which of course is subject to demand and there is no fixed contract. Foundations for Learning offer a very competitive hourly rate.

In addition to supporting families and schools, Sylvia and the Foundations for Learning teams also run workshops and training classes for both teachers and parents, covering disciplines such as teaching, psychology, behavioural analysis and speech and language.
