Have a great week ahead! Fasnacht celebrations taking place all over Switzerland and are in full swing.  Zurich Carnival begins at 5pm on Friday 7th March and continues till 9th March. Saturday 8th March is International Women’s Day and on Sunday 9th March the Chienbäse Fire Parade takes place ahead of Basel Fasnacht. If you love gardens and outdoor living then don’t miss the Giardina Festival on from 12th – 16th March. Tickets are now on sale for the Honold Easter Chocolate Tram which runs from 14th – 23rd March and coming up soon from 16th – 23rd March is the EXPAT WEEK at Peaks Place in Laax. If you haven’t already, why not book your tickets for the Pretty Woman Musical at Theater 11, which runs from 4th April till 4th May. Over in Rennweg in Zurich,  the Breitling Pop Up exhibition is definitely worth a visit and continues till mid May.

UETLIBERGBAN CLOSURE MAY TO DECEMBER 2025: The Uetlibergbahn line between Triemli and Uetliberg will be closed for track renovations with work starting mid-February. There will be a full closure from 19th May to 5th October, 2025. Replacement buses will run during this time, with longer travel times expected. Read all about it here
