What’s On in Zurich Beginning of April 2025

Wishing you a great week ahead! The sun has been shining and the blossoms are out all over Zurich – check these top blossom spots here and over in the beautiful Morges Tulip Festival is on now until 11th May. This weekend the Zurich Craft Bier Festival is taking place and on Saturday 4th April Sport Shop Time Out in Uster has its Spring Opening event with great deals from 20% – to 70% off. Next week on 8th April there is a very interesting Women’s Career and Leadership event taking place in Zurich called GLOW UP.  The Zurich Marathon takes place on Sunday 13th and is sold out – but it’s a great spectator event. Over in Frick the Chriesiwäg Cherry Blossom Trail should be coming into bloom and if you’re planning to visit the new Red House of Collagen for red light therapy treatment –  use code ChristinasChoice to get 10% off your entire order until April 30th. Bautiful roses will be gracing four of Zurich’s fountains in the old town from 12th – 21st April and of course Easter weekend is from 18th – 21st April followed the weekend after by Sechselaeuten and the Burning of the Böögg from 25th – 28th April.

7th ARAB FILM FESTIVAL ZURICH 2nd – 6th APRIL: The 7th Arab Film Festival will be taking place in Zurich from 2nd – 6th April at the Film Podium and Frame cinemas. Find out more here.

UETLIBERGBAN CLOSURE MAY TO DECEMBER 2025: The Uetlibergbahn line between Triemli and Uetliberg will be closed for track renovations with work starting mid-February. There will be a full closure from 19th May to 5th October, 2025. Replacement buses will run during this time, with longer travel times expected. Read all about it here
