What’s On In Zurich Mid to Late September 2025
There’s lots on in Zurich as usual with the Vegan Festival in Zurich HB and from 13th – 15th September the Knabenschiessen contest and funfair in Albisgütli Zurich. Zurich Design Weeks continues until 14th September and the Viva La City Summer Pop Up at Sihl City ends on 20th September. 20th September is also the date for the start of the Foundations For Learning Teaching Assistant course – so if this once a week course is something you’ve been considering – see all the details here.
Another event you might be interested in if you’re thinking of studying for a Masters or MBA is the FREE QS Connect information evening at the Marriott Hotel on 16th October. It’s also the season of pumpkins and cow parades – so take a look at the pumpkin festival information here and at the Cow parade information and dates here.

25 YEARS OF STIFTUNG CHANCE FRIDAY 19TH SEPT: Join the celebration of a quarter-century of support for critically ill children and their families at the University Children’s Hospital Zurich. The commemorative evening (CHF 100 per person) runs from 17:30 to around 21:30 in the new “Forschung und Lehre” auditorium (August Forel-Strasse 51, 8008 Zürich). Hosted by Michel Birri and followed by a delicious Apéro riche and you can buy tickets here.

UETLIBERGBAHN CLOSURE MAY TO DECEMBER 2025: The Uetlibergbahn line between Triemli and Uetliberg will be closed for track renovations with work starting mid-February.
