David Yarrow Photo Exhibition Villa Bührli

The talented British photographer David Yarrow has an exhibition entitled “Mankind and Wildlife Photographs” showing from 26th – 30th November 2015 at Villa Bührle in Zurich. The villa is a beautiful building located about 5 minutes from Tiefenbrunnen station and is a fabulous place to visit in it’s own right. However, David Yarrow’s are simply stunning and beautiful.
David Yarrow became Young Scottish Photographer of the Year at the age of twenty when he covered the World Cup. In the same year he achieved global recognition by taking the internationally syndicated iconic photo of Maradona holding the trophy in the air. Yarrow has since turned his lens on nature, focussing especially on endangered animals in the wild.
The photographs at Villa Bührle are exhibited on great frames, dominating the rooms with their power and subject matter. They capture wildlife in it’s raw beauty. David Yarrow has managed to grasp his subjects close at hand and with infinite detail.

The exhibition is open daily from 11am – 8pm. What’s even better is that the exhibition is free of charge.
