The Contemporary Art Fair in Zurich Switzerland
There were approximately 1,800 visitors at the Vernissage of Art International 2017 which took place at a new location this Autumn, PULS 5 in Züri West.
The reason for the change of venue is because the Kongresshaus Zurich will be closed for a 3 year renovation. Well known artists as well as up and coming talents were represented at the fair, as art lovers from Switzerland and all around the world met for 3 days to view the 19th edition of the International Art Festival.
We enjoyed the fair immensely and here are some of our favourites:
Barbara Steinmann “Skull Silver”
Hassan J. Richter “Konzerpause II”
Hassan J. Richter – and some of his photos of abandoned places
The incredible paintings of Hyun Ok Kim – this one is “Laufen am Meer” 2017
Photo “Frenzy” by Caroline Boissier
Sculpture by Swiss artist Christina Krüsi
Beat Baumann
Katsuyo Matsumaru
Javier Bellomo Coria
Nanae Watanabe
