The First Slow Food Market Bern

Following on from the success of the Slow Food Market in Zurich you’ll be pleased to know that for the first time there will be a Slow Food Market in Bern! It’s taking place at Halle 4 at BERNEXPO from 12 noon on Friday 11th March till 9pm, and on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th March from 10am – 7pm each day.
Known as “Die Messe des guten Geschmacks” – or the Fair of Good Taste, it concentrates on its core values of good, clean and fair food – good quality produce with good provenance. So why not go along to BERNEXPO and visit the Slow Food Market there?
As well as an opportunity to see and taste a wide range of great food, you can meet with the producers and find out all about their products. There is also a Show Kitchen with demonstrations from top Swiss chefs from the region, and raw milk cheese tasting as well as a workshop about the world of beer!
