Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Fruits smoothies are a great way to nourish your body with essential nutrients. They are also an easy way to increase your fibre intake. The daily recommended level of fibre for women is 25 grams and 38 grams for men. Blackberries, pears and apples are great for smoothies as they have some of the highest concentrations of fibre, ranging from five to seven grams per serving, helping with digestion and possibly blood sugar and lower cholesterol levels too.
