Game Weeks at Restaurant Belvoirpark Zurich
The Autumn Menu is now being served at Restaurant Belvoirpark in Zurich – and what a sensation it is! 🍂 Set within the elegant surroundings of one of Zurich’s most charming culinary institutions, Belvoirpark is now serving the best of the game season with its celebrated “Wildwochen”.
We began our evening with beautifully presented seasonal salads before the highlight of the meal – a real showstopper, the flambéed venison rack. It was expertly prepared right at our table by our very attentive waiter, Diego.
Watching him carefully flambé the meat in front of us was both dramatic and a real spectacle that added to the experience.
The venison itself was tender, flavoursome and perfectly cooked, served in two generous portions, each accompanied by a different selection of seasonal vegetables.
Although we were sadly too full for dessert, we couldn’t resist rounding off the evening with a coffee and handmade chocolates – the perfect finishing touch to an exceptional meal.
