Heiko Nieder Named “Chef of the Year 2019” by Gault Millau
The Restaurant at the Dolder Grand has some very exciting news! Their Fine Dining Chef, Heiko Nieder, has been named “Chef of the Year 2019” by Gault Millau.
A statement issued by the hotel announced: “We proudly congratulate our Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder, who has been named “Chef of the Year 2019” by Gault Millau. He also received his 19th Gault Millau point for his unique cuisine, making him one of Switzerland’s most highly decorated chefs”.
Having dined at the Two Michelin starred The Restaurant a number of times we can attest to the amazing quality of Heilko’s cuisine. We heartily congratulate the chef on this fabulous achievement! Not only is he a supremely talented chef, but an astonishingly friendly and down to earth person who is extremely deserving of this award.
Heiko Nieder and his team have been running “The Restaurant” at the Dolder Grand for 10 years. If you have not yet had the pleasure of dining there – maybe now is the time to celebrate?
