Celebrating IWD2020 The Whole of March
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2020, Swissline Cosmetics have partnered up with the Momentum Foundation, not just for one day – but for the whole of March!
Momentum A Swiss Charity
The Momentum Foundation is a Swiss charity which is dedicated to female empowerment, education and gender equality in Rwanda. The key project they are helping is the “Muhisimbi Voice of Youth in Conservation”, which supports vulnerable teenage mothers living in the district of Musanze. It teaches them how to sew so that they can build a livelihood for themselves and their families, and to empower them with support, education, medical facilities and childcare. It’s all about helping them so that they can build a new future with hope.
10% of Swissline Online Purchases to Momentum in March
During the whole month of March, 10% of all Swissline online purchases will be donated to Momentum. The Foundation aims to break the cycle of poverty and to “give back and change a society that worships money and power to one that values compassion and generosity”.
